Terms of Service

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Statline ("Statline", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Statline.

Statline is an analytics tool, not a bookmaker and not a financial adviser. We publish AFL statistics, model outputs and let you track your own bets. We do not take wagers, handle betting funds, or guarantee any outcome or profit. Nothing here is betting, financial, or professional advice. You alone are responsible for every betting decision you make.

1Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a jurisdiction where accessing AFL statistics and tracking bets is lawful. Statline is built for an Australian audience. By using it you confirm you meet these requirements.

2What Statline does (and doesn't)

Statline provides:

AFL player and match statistics aggregated from public sources;
Tier classifications, models and projections that are opinions and estimates, not predictions of fact;
A personal bet tracker where you record and settle your own slips and review your results.

Statline does not:

accept, place, broker or settle real bets, or hold any betting funds;
guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data, odds, or model output;
promise that any pick, tier, model, or strategy will be profitable. Past results never guarantee future results.

3Your account

Accounts are managed through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

4Subscriptions & payment

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycle and inclusions are shown at checkout and on our pricing page. Fees are in AUD unless stated. Unless required by law or expressly offered, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on notice; changes don't affect the current paid period. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.

5Acceptable use

You agree not to:

scrape, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit Statline data or model outputs without written permission;
reverse engineer, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the service;
use Statline for anything unlawful, or to provide a betting/tipping service to others as if it were your own;
share your account, or access the service through automated means beyond normal personal use.

6Third-party data & odds

Statistics, team lists, live commentary and bookmaker odds are sourced from third parties (including public AFL data, AFL Tables, FanFooty and bookmaker feeds). We don't control these sources and can't guarantee they are accurate or current. Odds shown are indicative only — the price and terms at your bookmaker at the time you bet always govern. Always verify before acting.

7Intellectual property

Statline's software, design, tier system, models and original content are owned by us and protected by law. Underlying sporting facts and statistics are not owned by anyone. Data you enter (your slips, notes, settings) remains yours; you grant us a licence to store and process it to operate the service.

8Responsible gambling

Betting involves real financial risk and can be harmful. Only ever stake what you can afford to lose, and never chase losses. Statline's models and tiers are tools, not certainties.

9Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Statline is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any betting losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) Statline, or from reliance on any data or model output.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the service or refunding the fees you paid for it in the prior 3 months.

10Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Statline against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

11Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use means you accept them. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. You can stop using Statline and delete your account at any time.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
