Questions
01Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page or directly via the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no pro-rated refunds, no haggling.
02Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day refund on your first month of Pro if you've placed fewer than 10 slips through the slip builder. We don't refund after that — the product is honest about what it does, and a season's worth of data is available on the free tier and the public hit-rate dashboards before you ever pay.
03What's the API for?
Syndicate-tier API access exposes read-only JSON endpoints for tier snapshots, odds movement, tagger history, team-list changes, and round results. Use it to pipe Statline signal into your own models, spreadsheets, or research pipelines. Full docs at /docs after launch.
04What counts as a syndicate?
If two or more people share research, models, or stake decisions under one operation — that's a syndicate. Syndicate is priced for groups that need API access and shared seat logins. It is not a re-sale licence.
05Do you offer student discounts?
No. Statline is a serious analytics tool and we price it accordingly. If you're a student building AFL models for a thesis or coursework, email hello@statline.com.au and we'll talk.
06Is annual billing really cheaper?
Yes. Pro annual is $790 — effectively ten months for the price of twelve. Same maths on Syndicate. Annual exists for budgeting and retention, not as a discount lever; the monthly price is the honest price.
07Is my data used to train models?
Your slip data and watchlists are private to your account. We use aggregate, anonymised usage data to improve the product. We do not sell user data and we do not feed individual user activity into the public hit-rate dashboards.
